All Guillaum Chaigne garments and accessories are subject to a 30-day replacement guarantee. No refunds or returns are applicable. No replacement will be granted without a reason covered by the following guarantee. Not applicable on final sale products.
The replacement guarantee covers damages related to a production defect or defective assembly. Damages caused by poor maintenance, abnormal or artificial wear are not covered. For maintenance instructions, please refer to the label or the online sheet of your Guillaum Chaigne garment or accessory.
Once your replacement is approved, you must send the defective garment or accessory to us at your expense (you will not pay a single cent more) along with the purchase invoice sent by email, in its original packaging. No replacement will be processed if the purchase invoice and/or original packaging is not returned. If this occurs, the package will be immediately returned to you at your expense, and you will need to submit a new replacement request.
The production time for a replacement is within the regular terms of 3 to 10 business days after receiving the defective garment or accessory. An additional 2 to 6 days will be required for delivery via Canada Post.
