All Guillaum Chaigne garments and accessories are subject to a lifetime satisfaction guarantee. No refunds or returns are applicable. No claim will be accepted without a reason covered by the following guarantee. Not applicable on final sale products.

The satisfaction guarantee covers and commits to repairing damages related to a production defect or defective assembly. Damages caused by poor maintenance, abnormal or artificial wear are not covered. For maintenance instructions, please refer to the label or the online sheet of your Guillaum Chaigne garment or accessory.

Once your claim is approved, you must send the defective garment or accessory to us at your own expense or bring it to our office, along with the purchase invoice - keep your confirmation email. No claim will be accepted if the purchase invoice is not returned. If this occurs, the package will be immediately returned to you at your expense, and you will need to submit a new claim request.

The processing time for a claim is within the regular terms of 3 to 10 business days after receiving the defective garment or accessory. An additional 2 to 6 days will be required for delivery via Canada Post.
